How To Build Your Endurance At Home

Have you ever struggled in one of your workouts to keep up? Maybe you need a little endurance boost. Try these moves to help to build up your endurance.

  • Squats

With your knees bent, squat down and back up. Repeat 15 times.

  • Mountain Climbers

Get on all fours and bend your left knee in, followed by your right knee, in a jumping motion. Repeat 30 times.

  • Jumping Jacks

Swing your arms above your head as you simultaneously jump with your legs going in an outward motion. Do this for a minute.
