With your back leaning against a chair, move your butt towards the ground and then bridge up using your glutes. Add weight to make it more intense. Do 15.

  1. Clamshells

Sitting on your side with your legs bent on top of each other, put your heels together and move your top knee off of the bottom one. Do 15. Repeat on the other side.
