​Quick Pilates Leg Sculpt Series

If you’re ever in a rush and need to get a quick workout in, this leg series is a great no-equipment option. Repeat each move 10 times for 3 rounds.

  1. Standing Single Leg Kicks

With your back against the wall and your arms out in a T, lift your right leg up 10 times and repeat on the other leg.

  1. Standing Single Leg Rainbow

With your back against the wall and your arms out in a T, lift your right leg up and move it in a circle 10 times and repeat on the other leg.

  1. Balancing Lunges with Elevated Heel

Get in a lunge position and elevate your heel. Pulse up and down in the lunge.

  1. Balancing Lunge Hold with Front Heel Lift

Get in a lunge position and elevate your heel. Life your heel up and lift it back down staying in the lunge position.

  1. In & Out Jump Squats

Squat up and down while jumping up.
